
GAMMA Studios is a Toronto-based computer graphic design and animation company which focuses on Creative Direction, Typographic Design and Digital Effects for Broadcast Television and Feature Films. Formed in 1999 by Director/Designers William Cameron and Robin Len, GAMMA Studios also comprises Media Artist/Animator Kristjan Viger as well as a number of freelance artists who work on a project-by-project basis.
GAMMA Studios is a boutique design shop that specialises in taking design projects from creative inception to final execution, whether the requirements are to originate original material, (either as Computer Generated Imagery, film, video or still photos), or to collaborate actively with Directors, Cinematographers and Editors to create design which complements an existing concept or project.
Cameron and Len have been working professionally in the digital design field for over 12 years and their work has garnered numerous international awards. They are collectively responsible for Broadcast Design work (Station ID's and show openings) for such broadcasters as CBC, The ShoppingChannel, CTV, Much Music, City-TV, Bravo, TFO, Showtime and ESPN; commercials for Coca-Cola, 7-UP, Labatt's Blue, Nescafe, Motorola and Discover Card. Feature film work includes the title sequences for Paramount Pictures "Kids in the Hall Brain Candy" and "Harriet the Spy", Interlight's "Resurrection", Universal's "The Watcher", Paragon's "The Wrong Guy" and Alliance/Atlantis' "Last Night", "The Five Senses" and "Sunshine".

Commercial work for Mini, Labatt's Blue, Telus, Clarica, Sprint Business Canada, and Chrysler (including a 6 minute rotating display at the corner of Yonge and Bloor), as well as a cinema spot for "The National Post"
Broadcast Design and creative direction for "Disney Channel" international, CBC's "Opening Night", and the Showtime series "Hooplife",
Feature film work that includes the title sequence for the upcoming Tryptich Media release "The Bay of Love and Sorrows" , the recent Universal release "The Watcher", large-scale backlit artwork of 'Logan's X-rays' for the film "X-Men", as well as the corporate opening for the 10-film "Preludes" series at the recent Toronto International Film Festival.
